Mogale City Licensing department Nauseating service

If I could give them a minus I would! My 70 year mother has been at the department since 12:00 to renew her disc, it's now 14:54! and still waiting! This is ridiculous to say the least. What an ATROSCIOUS service and there's no explanation for the delay! NON WHAT SO EVER! We've all renewed discs before, it doesn't take 3 hours!! I'm disgusted!
