Krugersdorp Licensing Department *******ion and bribery

My son has written his learner's license 5 times now and of the 5 times, it has been written at the Krugersdorp Licensing Department. Today, he noticed as he was going over his test again, that one of his answers had been changed. On top of this, the Licensing official monitoring the people doing the test, called 3 people who were writing to the front and told them they were "finished" after 10 minutes of them being there. If this does not smell of bribery and *******ion, then I don't know. I do not believe for one minute that my son failed 5 times, especially after this last test. It seems unless you pay them to pass, they will make sure you fail. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
