no service

i have enrolled for my nqf5 in wealth management. the owner and their staff are very nice and quick to respond on certain things. i inrolled two years ago and had no idea what the steps was to proceed with the course. i asked them to give me a refund for what i have paid ,because i have not even started with the couse. but they just say no they dont need to refund.
