License Direct ********

In March 2018 I requested the services of License Direct in Centurion Pretoria to register a vehicle on my name, they basically collect your RC1 papers with all other needed documentation then go to the license department and queue on your behalf. She sent me a quote of +- R1400 which included collection and delivery of your paperwork. 2 Weeks after they collected my papers I was informed that there are fines on the vehicle that needed to be paid first, the person (Annette) then informed me (after I phoned her numerous times) 2 weeks after that the fines need to be paid in KZN and that she is busy with a contact of hers that will sort the problem. Then after numerous attempts to get hold of her (yes they do not phone or keep their clients up to date, you need to phone them) she bluntly and bombastically stated that the vehicle cannot be transferred to my name. I told her to return all paperwork as she has the originals as well as all the money that I paid for her so called "services". She then rep**** that she will not return my papers nor my money as she did render a service. She cannot provide me with any proof that she was at the license department. I want to warn everyone to think twice about using this company. They stole my papers and ****med my money out of me.
