Not my problem

LicenceZA claims that they will remind you, invoice you and deliver the licenses. It went well last year. This year they missed several reminders and then when they woke up they charged me double the admin fee to get it done. None the less I now had expired licenses that needed urgent attention so I paid it. Then the licenses just don't get delivered and they just send me to the courier. The courier claims to not have received it and instead of resolving it they just say they are not allowed to talk to the courier directly. You cant phone them they are also not allowed to talk to anyone on the phone so you ONLY have email and don't expect prompt responses or even a response to all emails either. Its been an absolutely shocking run this time round.
