Microsoft Office 365 unable to access for use

I purchased Microsoft Office 365 in November 2021 and have not as yet been able to use this product. I get a message to activate online, and subsequently told unable to link and to try again later. This has been ongoing since November. I have emailed their support on numerous occasions, but get no response. I am totally frustrated as have word and excel documents to do on a daily basis, and unable to access these.
