Down with supporting local businesses!!!!

There's a guy by name of Buti Phalatsi located in Khutsong location, Carletonville. He does welding and installation of steelworks, last year I contacted him to install bugoars and gates at my house. His welding is messy and he kept all my residual material. Worse he overcharged me and never finished his work. Currently he no longer takes my calls and can't be found at his place, anyone who knows where he is or can be found please assist. ☹️??
