Damaged Car gets the brush-off

I took my wife's VW Tiguan to Libri car wash where we have always been loyal customers. On this occasion we received the car with the inside mirror adjustment knob broken off. We were told that the knob just fell off whilst drying the inside and that the knob had been previously glued. This was a complete lie, the car was a year old and knobs don't just fall off. This part also needs to be very strong in order to operate and glue would not hold.<br> <br> After my wife and I started to complain and question the incident we were chased off the property. Lovey service and treatment to loyal customers. <br> <br> We obviously have not been back since with the replacement part costing us R1500 <br> <br> WARNING - Don't wash your car here.
