Problems since after installation

We had this pool installed a little over a year and a half ago,a couple of months after install the paving started sinking away around the pool. they blamed it on the sprinklers,then after fix still happening and they wanted to charge,now pipes and sand box leaking aswell as solar panels,so when we call they just do not respond at all. Kimberley NC service is bad in the first place but these guys refuse to take ownership of a poor installation that cost us close to 100 000. Oh and paving still sinking away to under the sides of the pool. Other pool companies specify that a concrete slab layer had to be laid before paving especially in kimberleys muddy soil and clearly this has not be done. What do i do cause of bad and slow service in the whole town no one else comes to assist either only when they hear its a new installation. Please advise anyone.
