Really Pathetic service

Hi have had really bad service from this financial adviser , she made arrangements to come and see me , we filled out all the info, I was then requested to do a blood test, which I completed, I was also told I needed to go to my family doctor for a physical , which I did, at one point I had my account debited for R300 plus, and after numerous calls and emails the amount was returned to me. I was then requested to submit a copy of my pay slip, which I did .. I haven't heard from this lady in 2 months and still waiting. I have tried calling her mailing her, with no positive results , I haven't come across a more unprofessional company in my existence. <br> LIBLINK a company that supports Liberty is the worst in my opinion. I would strongly advise anyone who is looking to get better coverage for their bond insurance, to look elsewhere.
