Libesa Cape Town a big ****

Disappointing service from Libesa. Nursery furniture manufacturers based in Cape Town.

I ordered a nursery in a box with them in November 2019. Delivery was to take place the 2nd week of December 2019 and to date I have not received delivery.

After continuing contact with them, they are unable to deliver on my order worth R21 275.50. They contact me on 18 February 2020 after I requested a refund, to inform me that they will deliver on some of the ordered items.

I am told I cannot get my refund as it needs to be requested 4 weeks prior to delivery as per their company policy. The delivery is already 8 weeks late and they want to give me ‘one shoe out of the shoe box’. What they are doing is against the South African consumer act. This is totally unacceptable and they have since gone silent on my ‘no compromise refund’ request.
