Bad Service and No Integrity

Liberty did some work to move Solar Panels to a safer position as some of the PVC piping were melting. After a few weeks the Solar Panels shifted as they were not secured properly. In spite of trying to contact Liberty to resolve this he has absolutely no interest in fixing the issue that he has left me with, I have tried on multiple occasions to contact me, he has failed in each attempt to communicate or get back to me to set a date to fix this issue.
