Slugginsh to payout

I received an email from an agent telling me Liberty has money I invested as provident fund many years ago, which they need to pay out to me. I provided the required information to verify identity, banking details etc. This all happened during 2020, now I am still waiting for the payout, and I have emailed th agent, I have contacted the liberty helpdesk, and they are sitting on my money!
