I would like to extend my gratitude to the SERVICE I receieved from Customer consultant from Liberty and her name is Zanele Malgas hope I said it correctly, yah I called in as I wanted to cancel my policy and she tried to retain me and not cancel my policy she did all she could to save me from not leaving but the new offer was unbeatable and we had a Great conversation and I explained why she cant help me. The purpose of the complement is to say Thank you for doing your best to try and keep my business as I have been a loyal client with liberty for the past 5years, it's SAD to also leave but everything is coming expensive and we doing what we can to safe, wasn't happy with the the volunterery excess NOOO one has ever told me about until Mpho told me, Once more Thank you to Liberty staff mebmebrr but this Thank you for doing your best with me.
