Poor security management

On the 12-12 - 2020 after a long day at work . We visited the liberty midlands mall to have dinner . Because of the inclement weather we parked undercover at the Edgar's parking. At around 21.15 on our exit we realized that the doors were locked and could not get to our cars. We asked the security to open but he said we had to walk all the way to the standard bank entrance and come around to the car park in the rain. The security manager arrived and he did not know where the keys to the doors were. We waited a whole 45 minutes before he opened the door to let us out . The Company Excellerate security had no indication anywhere that the doors will be closed at a certain time. We spoke to owner of the company by the name of Mark and he was not very co operative. There were quite a few people that had to get out. People with little children and elderly people as well. We find that this is very unprofessional from a big group as liberty midlands mall.
