Pathetic mall security and staff

This mall security has one of the worst mall security ever. Firstly they state that they aim to protect the mall workers and the customers seemed to be second priority. The mall security even go around and ask customers for jobs in better security sectors as they feel that they don't get paid enough here. The mall security stated that they banned me for 3 months from the mall due to me swearing a mall staff but they also failed to realize that this staff member told us something different from the other staff members... Yet they were even refusing to apologize about it but was declining it as if they had their mind set on it... They weren't even wearing proper uniform like other stores... They looked like they just woke up and came to work
