Midlands Mall Security Shambles

We paid for our ticket whilst leaving, we had been there for less than an hour, so we paid R8, upon exiting the ticket did not work. The security lady attempted to see why and then told us that our ticket was an old one, which firstly is impossible as you can’t leave without returning the ticket. Secondly she then said we owed R400. Mind you holding up all other cars. With all due respect the security lady would not listen to us and was prepared to argue with us. Extremely disappointed and angry at this shocking ordeal. Will never go back to the midlands mall.
