Management for parking is terrible

Would give the mall zero stars, honestly. The management for the parking is absolutely atrocious. The operators are rude and 70% of the time the machines for the booms aren’t working. It is ridiculous. You can wait up to half an hour trying to leave the mall because of the terrible management. The parking itself makes over a R100 000.00 per day so I do not understand why the maintenance is lacking so much. Someone needs to do something about the parking because no other mall has these issues. I rather go to Cascades or Athlone Circle as the experience is so much more pleasant. I try to shop online as much as possible now. If I didn’t have a gym membership I wouldn’t go there at all. It is an inconvenience more than anything.
