LIBERTY MIDLANDS MALL - DANGEROUS ENVIRONMENT.

An incident occurred approximately 3 months ago. I approached the exit and due to "NO HEIGHT RESTRICTION BAR" I crushed my ladders against the exit canopy. I brought this the attention of management, took statements with no response, said that their insurance will contact me. I returned to the mall 3 months later as I didnot receive any followup from Mall management or insurer. The manager didnot have time to speak and the secretary gave me a ref and contact for the insurer which is Marsh. The Mall manager said they do Not speak to clients re: and I must call the insurer. I Called Marsh and spoke to a Jaqui. When I asked about why they don't contact us, she was extremely rude and said that they don't contact clients but clients must call them. A case older than 3 months was repudiated in a few hours with no reason. So I called Jaqui again and she has not responded.

WE ATTEND MALLS DUE TO BEING PROMISED A SAFE ENVIRONMENT. AT LIBERTY MALL SHOULD SOMETHING OCCUR, YOU WILL NOT BE TREATED WELL.

THAT PLACE IS A DEATH TRAP.
