American Swiss

I have bought jewelry at American Swiss Liberty Mall Pietermaritzburg. Apparently the jewelry (Aerings) has been broken and there is a warranty. They took my earings and they say they will take to the assessor. They have called me now and they say unfortunately they won't be able to assist me because the earing was broken intentionally.

I am wonning people to go and buy at American Swiss and they being told and promise about the warrant to say that is a lie. You wont get any compensation or any replacement if you bought from them and there is a problem. I have paid R3200.00 for those earings its not even six months the earings are broken.
