Refusal for refund

I write this complaint with a saddened hear as i had such a horrible experience.

I bought Kurt Geiger sneakers which cost R2550 and I was charged R2790. When I enquired why am I not being charged the amount on the sneaker, I was told that this is an old price. They refused to refund me the difference, futher ignored me and assisted another customer.

It would be highly appreciated if I were to get the matter resolved as soon as possible.
