Zero respect for Customers!

This organization has zero respect for customers ,I’ve been trying to claim my late father’s pension funds for ta year and up till date we are given a run around ,the last time we were promised the trustees will make a decision within 30 days ,the SLA has exceeded , you have their consultants making **** promises and promising to call back and ever don’t ,even drops their phones when you call them ,if you want to free yourself from a breakdown ,stay away from this company,this company is a joke.
