Zero assistance after a month of begging

This company has the WORST customer service ever. I have sent countless emails and phoned the call centre for more than a MONTH and nobody has bothered to resolve the issue. Emails BEGGING for a response are never answered, and call centre agents insist that 'the agent working on the case is in a meeting' and then PROMISE that this elusive 'agent' will phone me back by end of day, which he never does! Communication is absolutely non-existent and they honestly do NOT care. Look at all the complaints on this platform and you will see so many others complaining about the same things. Once they've taken your money they will vanish and you will receive no support. Seriously - stay away. Save yourself the time, money and frustration and go with a company that doesn't LIE to and EVADE its customers.
