YOUR WEBSITE IS NOT WORKING

Requested a new password as I have forgotten my old one.<br> <br> Received an SMS with temporary password.<br> <br> On entering my new password the response says VERY STRONG PASSWORD but then when I hit the submit button it keeps telling me :<br> <br> PASSWORD MAY NOT START WITH THE FORBIDDEN WORD ##<br> <br> I am not putting in any forbidden words or spaces or anything like that - there is a glitch.<br> <br> All I am trying to do is get my tax certificate as I received an SMS telling me I have to and it is such a pain as I cannot even get into this irritating website.<br> <br>
