Wrongful debit orders

Last year in I took out a few covers with a lady by the name of Bontle Mogotsi and from the first month the debit orders were wrong. I then requested her to tell the finance department to stop the debit orders as they were debited from the wrong account and wrong figures were debited, she didn't do that. The debit orders continued causing my bank account to go into overdraft. Then in February the finance department called me then I told them to allocate me a new Advisor and to stop the policies all together, that I will take a new one with a new Advisor. To my shock I was contacted by Bontle again and thought maybe I should give her a second chance. I did asked for a new quote which she said she would email to me, which I never got till this day. Instead two days after our meeting she called me sounding very frantic that Friday asking me to lend her money, which I didn't because apart from being my Advisor she is nothing to me. As if that wasn't a shock, this month to my ultimate shock my bank account was debited by liberty R10 000. And I have no contract or quote. I am beyond angry, and find such behaviour unprofessional and would like to know who's going to pay for my bank charges? And I need liberty to stop debit my accounts as I am no longer interested in anything they have to offer. I feel like this is *****ing, and if nothing is done I will not hesitate to go to Ombudsman.
