Written payment confirmation issued — no funds received, no POP provided
Liberty issued a written confirmation dated 23 December 2025 stating that three policy payouts “has been transferred” into my bank account.
As of 2 January 2026, the funds have not reflected, well beyond the stated 48-hour timeframe. When queried, Liberty then advised that payment was only made on 29 December 2025, which directly contradicts the written confirmation dated 23 December.
Despite repeated requests, Liberty has not provided an official bank Proof of Payment (POP), EFT trace number, or transaction reference.
The concerns are straightforward: • Written confirmation of payment that does not align with reality • Conflicting payment dates supp**** by Liberty • Failure to provide proof of payment • Unreasonable delay in releasing contractually due funds I am requesting immediate payment or official bank proof confirming release of the funds.
This matter has been formally escalated and will be taken further if not resolved urgently.
