WP Catering, Liberty Life delay - fiasco

WP Catering, Liberty Life delay - fiasco My partner Tania Fredericks resigned from working at CPOA – Erica Place in Silvertown at the end of February 2020. During 2018, the functions were outsourced to WP Catering. She has been engaging with Vanessa Marthenuissen, a payrol adminstrator at WP Catering via email since March 2020, but the 1st email reply she received was ONLY during August 2020. During September 2020 she was asked for her banking duties which she duly supp****. During November 2020 she was referred to Liberty Life. Liberty life is not forthcoming with any information, except for Chantall Johnston and Sunil Lalljeeth stating that the claim is being assessed on 14 December 2020. One month later, there is no communiction, whatsoever. Date of Leaving - 04.02.2020 Last date of Contribution - 31.01.2020

How can you let a member wait for 12 months and she has to initiate all communication?

During this pandemic, COVID is the scapegoat for all delays, but we know that most large corporates has staff working from home. Actually ignoring this request is not helping anyone. Ms Fredericks worked for this money and is NOT asking for a handout. Actual progress or a timeline would be useful to get this matter resolved.
