Wow. Incredible Service and Professionalism.

Excellent experience with interaction with Vusi. Called the Call centre this morning and was unable to get through to the relevant people and left a message for someone to return my call. Unexpectedly received a call from Vusi, very apologetic and professional explaining they were experiencing system issues and could he phone me later. Of course I said yes.
