Worste client servises ever

How can you delete a clients information due to non payment if no one at your company could manage to pick up a STUPID phone and find out where the problem is? You have 24 hours to correct my account or I will sue you for every cent I have ever paid over to Liberty! It is beyond pathetic that people need to pay admin fees but you offer absolutely no customer services, so what the hell is my money going for???
