WORST SERVICE RECEIVED - STAY AWAY

The worst service ever received, i edge people to kindly stay away from this company. I submitted my banking details for payment from them to be done, funny enough they made payment into the wrong account. The payment bounced back to them.still they made a second transaction when they could see its bouncing back. With no communication no consultant even bother to contact me until i made follow ups nd notice the incorrect payment made to the wrong account. Till today am struggling to get hold of this matter to be resolved. John Khumalo, customer service consultant with under skilled manners, worse service from him. They just promise breakers
