WORST Service Provider EVER

Been trying to resolve an issue with them for two months now!!!! They hardly ever have a live person phoning you back, only automated email replies and standard templates.

Monday Shaqeel phoned me and PROMISED that my matter would be resolved within 48hrs as he will take the matter to the top. Well, it’s Friday, and still no answer...
