Worst service of getting IRP5 onto SARS e-Filing

I have been waiting to get my IRP5 onto SARS for 3 months with promised dated moving out everytime, The latest was 5 September which was also missed. As a pensioner I find this outrageous that a corporation of such magnatude cannot fix something this simple, nor be able to forward my IRP5 to me via email
