Worst service ever!!!! Unpaid Claim/ Withdrawals M107628C- I'd no.***

They actually don't even deserve a single star. It's been 2months since I was retrenched and submitted to withdraw my provident fund with Liberty. They keep advising target dates for when payment will be made, and when that date comes, there's also an excuse of they still haven't paid when no document are still outstanding. My ID no is **********085. I'm in dire situation, my son is running out of medication and Liberty at this point are just sitting with my money. Why, I don't know? Emails are not being responded. They have a callback service, no one calls you back. Whatsapp service says you'll be assigned someone to chat to you but it just ends whole you waiting for that someone. Phones are not being picked up, until you run out of airtime, bare in mind I'm unemployed. I get chased for debit orders, my life is just hell right now. I don't wish to wake to see the next day because of how much difficult to get through it. LIBERTY IS MAKING ME AND MY SON'S LIKE A LIVING HELL RIGHT NOW!!!!!!
