Worst service ever from Liberty

The father of my son passed away in 2023. The company he worked for contacted me saying he has an Educator plan with Liberty. Firstly i sent all documents to the email address provided in July & received no feedback. I sent numerous emails until i was rep**** in October. I then sent all documents again in November as my son is now in grade 8 at a new school but still haven't received any feedback. The worst part is that no one is even explaining what type of educator plan this is. I called the *** number to follow up but the agent i spoke to an agent who said there is no number you can call for Capital Alliance department, What nonsense is that. Its sad that my son needs to go through grief & struggle with getting his education paid for. which his dad made sure it would help in his absence. I've never in my life experienced such appalling service before. No communication, no feedback, no sympathy. I don't advise any one to take out any plan with Liberty judging from the horrible service I'm getting. The fact that i will be dealing with Liberty for the next 5 years makes me want to cry.
