Worst service ever.
Never take a Pension Scheme from Liberty, you will suffer getting your money from Liberty. No one knows what the other people are doing and when push comes to stuff, they have a lot of excuses when it comes to your money. I dare Liberty to answer this post. I will post a email I received from one of their top people and then the public can be the judge of it. People think twice before dealing with Liberty.

29 Sept 2024, 16:21Well, here is some feedback to the Public. I was promised by Liberty that my situation will be sorted out by this coming week (30/09/2024...) well we will see, if my situation with them will be sorted out???. If my SITUATION is not sorted out, I will provide a Link on this Platform where everyone of the Public can Load a serious complaint, which will be Investigated by a Third Party. IF AND ONLY IF!!! my Situation is sorted out, I will write a Positive Feedback review for Liberty, If not WELL, let me just say this, there will be multiple Investigations launched against Liberty. Firstly, I want to personally thank Ayanda, for being a awesome person and helping me all the way, She made it possible for me to receive my Hardship payment.
Now with that said, I must still receive my last payment, so I will wait for the process to finish and then I will update as soon as I have received all of my money owed to me, after Tax took their share.
I will update as soon as everything have been settled.

14 Oct 2024, 15:34Good day, public. I do not know what to say anymore, just as I thought everything started looking good, then Liberty surprises me again. I have send out 3 emails now, yet with no reply, from Liberty. It seems that all other negative reviews on HelloPeter.com is the truth as they just don't care about anyone. Unfortunately I had to file a complain with the Pension Fund Adjudicator ( *** ), which will be basically the old Ombudsman. We will see what happens from hereon out. If everything pans out, I will delete this entire Liberty Review from HelloPeter.com.
