Worst service ever

I enrolled in an investment plan known as the Evolve investment plan, and the initial experience was seamless. However, now that I wish to withdraw my funds, I am being passed around without receiving clear information. I submitted my withdrawal request via email on the 7th and followed up with a phone call. I called again yesterday, yet no one has provided a definitive response regarding the processing of my claim.
