Worst service ever

My thing is how one has to wait and always do follow ups to Liberty when they have to process a done *****ulent claim. I'm still waiting for my refund to be processed up to this day . It is everytime that the agents will tell you either, the request has been processed or escalated or that you will be called back, that never happens. One always has to call back to follow up and that is money involved with waiting for that long for them to find out. It gets worse with how stories change with every agent I speak to.
