Worst service ever

Liberty Life is a ****, whenever you contact them with your problem all they say “I will escalate your issue” or “we are still investigating your issue” they will escalate and investigate forever, the only call back I got from Liberty was after my hellopeter review that was the last time called by someone from relations department I made a follow up via email the answer was we are still investigating your issue almost 3 weeks no communication from Liberty, in brief worst customer services poor communication, i regret the day I signed with Liberty
