Worst Service Ever

I made a withdrawal on my provident fund on the 27/02/2023 and called the consultant kept the phone on mute and didn't respond on the 14/03/2023 when I was doing it follow up. I each email I send I am yet to receive a response. I asked not be called but a response to be done via email.

You need to sort out your email department for such a huge company I am really disappointed at the awful service I have received. 72 hours quoted on your auto response has passed for all 3 emails I have sent.

We are withdrawing these money's because we need them.
