Worst Service Ever

I have been trying to claim (death claim) for my mother for about a year now, submitted all docs then they kept quiet. Only when I do follow ups they say they need more docs. I am struggling, having to pay for transport fares for all parties that must complete forms, pay internet cafés to have docs sent. I am drowning.
