Worst service ever

I have an ongoing claim with Liberty for over one year. The assessor never responds to my emails or return my calls. I have raised so many questions with them. Not one answered to date. There seems to be intentional day to prevent paying out the claim. Every document they requested was submitted. And then they come up with yet another request. Now the current request cannot be fulfilled which is not in my control and Liberty has no contingency in place. To date I am still given pathetic excuses and told to wait. For what really???
