Worst service!!

Liberty is the worst, they don't even deserve the 1 star. Joined Liberty in 2010, the financial advisor I was assigned to was so ***********. In 2016, I requested another financial advisor, this one was worse than the one I had before. The guy never bothered to meet with me when I request information for other products in offer, he would send me brocher instead of explaining the products, The last communication I received from him was April 2016, and then in Jan 2019, received a call from someone at Liberty saying that he was my new advisor and I should sign documents so that he could access my info, I did so. Two weeks later, there was still no response. Since joining I have never received any decent service and yet they increase premiums every year.
