worst insurance company in South Africa

The worst experience dealing with Liberty Life compared to other insurance brands operating in South Africa. Expensive premiums. No response to my query despite the automated email response stating that they would respond within 48 hours - I've been waiting for more that a week. I waited for a very long time for someone to respond telephonically. Their management should be made aware of the poor service myself and other customers had to o experience. They are enjoying our business but seem do not seem to care for customers.
