Worst insurance company!

This company is the worst insurance company of them all. I lodged a complaint here on hello Peter about the claim of my sons father who's deceased, they responded and said they're still gathering from other people the information they need to process this claim, it's close to 2 years now since the claim was made but still they haven't paid out anything, So it takes Liberty Life more than 2 years to process a claim. It's been more than 6 months not hearing from them and there's no communication anymore whatsoever. This is by far the worst insurance company I know.
