Worst Customer Service experience ever!!!

If you think you've experienced the worst possible customer service wait until you have to deal with Liberty life or libery corporate.

It's almost a FULL MONTH since I submitted a claim and absolutely nobody got back to me. I've called a number of times, to escalate my complaint in the horrible communication I asked to speak to the manager and I was holding line for 20min before I was told that he would call me back. They never called back.

There's absolutely no interest to help me on their side. This is unbelievable.
