Worst Customer Service EVER

<p>Withdrawing pension. Dealing with Susan de Goede. Asking a question and get these delaying tactic and very unprofessional emails....like in really ridiculous emails sounds like a 10 year old wrote them. Still question not answered. Three weeks later i am asked for my tax no. Was provided 3 weeks ago. What is going on?</p>
