Worst customer service.

Liberty Life has the worst customer service ever. It's been more than 3 weeks, I've been sending emails enquiring about a claim that has not been paid since from last year but still they just ignore and they don't bother to respond, 2 weeks back they told me to send them personal details and policy number, I sent it and up until today they have not bothered to respond. Every week I send them an email to find out why they don't respond but still nothing, I tried to call them and I had to hold on and listen to the music till I ran out of airtime.
