Worst Customer service

So a profident claim was made 3/02/2022 on their form they say it can take up to 10 working days for a claim to be paid. Called after the time frrame wad told it will paid on the 11th of March 11 March called to confirm payment told it would be paid 14 March. Today I call and was told I will be paid on the 17th what frustrate me the most is the lies and not being told one thing. Consultants do not want us to speak to their team leaders and keep saying they will escalate but actually nothing is ever escaleted. I know for a fact if I call on the date they give me they will just issue another date much further.
