Worst Client Service - Liberty

I submitted a query to Libert on the 19th of November to withdraw some money on my investment *** and was informed that my request will take 7 - 10 business days. On the 26th of November they sent me an email coming from Mantu Annah Rabolele that my request is taking longer than expected but not saying when am I going to get my money. I responded back to them on the 2nd of December saying this is not the kind of email to send to a client without even dates on when this request will be actioned and no response. I needed to use that money by the weekend of the 30th of November because that's how I calculated it to be paid. Now I am in the brink of losing what I needed to use that money for.
