Worse service ever!!!

in 2016 I set down with a financial adviser and expressed how unhappy I was with the performance of an RA. He then advised me to diversify my contribution to various funds. I did the paper-work and submitted to him. when trying to follow up within a couple of weeks I got no response, only to discover this person has left Liberty.

I was then introduced to a new financial adviser whom I also expressed my unhappiness with Liberty's lack of communication and that fact that I had to start the whole process with her again from scratch. We did paper-work with this financial adviser as well and I ketp asking her for soem updates but she would say she is "waiting on feedback from Head office" and she asked me to redo the forms in 2016.

I did new forms as requested and then made a follow up until 2017 without any meaningful feedback to this simple request, now I have been sending emails for the past 3 days to the latest financial adviser but getting no response.

it's been roughly 2 years since I told Liberty I am not happy with the RA performance and started the process to change/diversify but this simple request seems to mean less or my account doesn't matter with Liberty.

I will never recommend Liberty to anyone who is intending to invest
